Bopper, I don't think we need the release dates, but if you really want them added go ahead.
Oh, I think we do! Release dates and prices are definately valuable peices of information! We're putting some of this on the timeline now, but I think having it with the item is a far more useful place for it (unless, of course, the price changes, which would be useful to be on the timeline as well). (Prisoner 10:58, 27 July 2006 (CDT))
Sounds good then, sorry about that Bopper. Use this format or (this format)?
Personally, i think either format is fine. :) But speaking of formatting, I've just changed the formatting for the Inner Space collection to use tables. This prevents the description from wrapping underneath the picture in a rather stupid looking way. The formatting should be pretty simple, surround the section with {| and |}, start each new row with |- and each column with | (Prisoner 07:20, 28 July 2006 (CDT))
Park Snacks vs. Food Pins
the items on the pins are Park Snacks which is why the label "Park Snacks" was used rather than "Food Pins" I reverted the edit back. Any other thoughts about this? --SpinMarty 10:46, 18 November 2006 (CST)~MichelleA~ Park snacks sounds good spin :)
Remember, not all of those pins would be considered "food".--Michellea 12:16, 18 November 2006 (CST)
Thoughts on Pin Templates
I like the fact that the templates add consistency between the pin pages and the item pages. It will be another big undertaking and you already have so much on your plate:). If it is decided that all pin sets will be presented in the new way, I'll try to help in the transition. Is this going to be taken a step further like you have done for the Holiday/Event/Theme pages where there will be a seperate page for each pin set? While each pin set will be a pretty small page, if left as is, I can see the whole pin set page getting longer and longer as VMK goes on. Just thought it would be something to start thinking about early so that all changes could be made at the same time. Let me know what you decide...

There are three thoughts on the pin templates: 1) Just use the "item" templates as (which would put the photo in the middle like the furniture). 2) Use the new template as it is, 3) Change the firniture template to look like the new Pin Template so that we can insert any item into a list. I have been thinking about the hats/costumes as well to fit into the mold. --SpinMarty 00:50, 21 November 2006 (CST)
I'm a bit partial to the item templates. I like having the words come first with the picture in the middle...I think it is clearer this way.

See how this is done by looking at the Pirates pins. Perhaps the wording on each pin should be changed to something like "Renamed from [[XXXX]] on 1 September 2006"
