Quick Quest Guide

What you will need: 20 Sunflower Seeds, 13 Buttercup Petals and 20 Daisy Petals

Quick Steps

• Go to Fawn's Hideout and ask if she has any quests. Pick No-Fire Flies.
• Gather 20 Sunflower Seeds for Fawn and give them to her.
• Earn a score of 5,000 points on Bubble Bounce, then return to Fawn.
• Gather 13 Buttercup Petals and give them to Fawn.
• Gather 20 Daisy Petals and give them to Fawn.
• Pick your reward and the quest is over.

In Depth Quest Guide

This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Head over to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill and ask her if she has any quests. If you have finished the quest A Crack in the Ol' Shell, the quest should appear in the list of quests you may do and you can begin immediately. Upon starting the quest, Fawn will greet you:

Fawn: "Hey, Fairyname Here, did you hear? The fireflies have the No-Fire Flu!"
"They get it every so often, the poor little guys. Sure, there's a cure, but it takes a lot of healing-talents and animal-talents working together to manage it."
"I think you and I should pitch in and help. What do you say?"

Step 1

Once you agree, Fawn is thrilled and gives you the first step.

Fawn: "That's the Fairy spirit! I already know the recipe for No-Fire-Flu medicine -- Elixa and I worked it out together. She's a healing-talent. Now we just need to collect some ingredients."
"I'll stay here and get things ready. Can you go out and gather some Sunflower Seeds?"

Gather 20 Sunflower Seeds and bring them to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill.

Story So Far

The fireflies have the No-Fire Flu. Fawn needs your help to make some medicine for them.

Your first task is to gather up some Sunflower Seeds, if you don’t have 20 already. Once you get the required 20 Sunflower Seeds, return to Fawn and give them to her.

Step 2

Fawn: "Perfect! I'll grind these up while you get stream water."
"I bet Silvermist will help you get some from Soapstone Stream. I think she's there now, bouncing the fishies over the waterfall. Go and find her, would ya? You can get there from Dewdrop Vale."

Fly to Dewdrop Vale. Earn 5,000 points playing Bubble Bounce in Soapstone Stream. Return to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill when you are done!

Story So Far

The fireflies have the No-Fire Flu. Fawn needs your help to make some medicine for them. So far you've gathered Sunflower Seeds. Now you need some water from Soapstone Stream.

Play Bubble Bounce in Dewdrop Vale. Once you get the score of 5,000 points needed (whether in one shot or cumulative), quit the game or play until you finish then return to Fawn.

Step 3

Fawn: "You got the bubbles full of stream water! Flaptastic!"
"I still need Buttercup Petals. Let's make it a baking-talent's dozen, just to be safe."

Gather 13 Buttercup Petals and bring them to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill.

Story So Far

The fireflies have the No-Fire Flu. Fawn needs your help to make some medicine for them. So far you've gathered Sunflower Seeds and stream water. Now you need 13 Buttercup Petals.

Another ingredient collecting task! It’s time to gather up some Buttercup Petals, if you don’t have 13 already. Once you get the required 13 Buttercup Petals, return to Fawn and give them to her.

Step 4

Fawn: "Perfect!"
"The last ingredient we need is a bundle of Daisy Petals. Let's get 20 of those."

Gather 20 Daisy Petals and bring them to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill.

Story So Far

The fireflies have the No-Fire Flu. Fawn needs your help to make some medicine for them. So far you've gathered Sunflower Seeds, stream water, and Buttercup Petals. Now all Fawn needs to finish the medicine is some Daisy Petals.

This is the last ingredient collecting step! You are searching for Daisy Petals this time, if you don’t have 20 already. Once you get the required 20 Daisy Petals, return to Fawn and give them to her.

Your Reward

Fawn: "Okay, we've got all our ingredients! Just wait here..."
"Let's see...in go the petals like so...now I need to mix in the ground Sunflower Seeds and..."
"...it's ready! I'll go take this to Elixa. She'll be so pleased with us!"
"Thanks for your help, Fairyname Here. The fireflies thank you, too! Oh, and here -- I'd like you to have this."
"Now you can glow like a firefly, too!"

You'll receive a Slit Satin Firefly Skirt Moonshadow Blue as shown below. You also unlock the following quests upon completion: Bunny Shivers and Croakette's Tongue Twist.
