Fly with you, Fairies! I never got a chance to thank you all for sending in those inspirational New Year's talent resolutions. It seems to me that there are a lot of really talented Fairies flying around the Hollow, and they're going to make 2009 a flitterific year!
How'd you like another way to show off your talent pride and earn some prizes in the process? Well, starting today, the decoration-talent Fairies are looking for the Fairy homes that are decorated to best express each Fairy talent. If you think you've decorated your home to perfectly match your talent, take a screenshot of it and send it in by selecting the "Art" button on the "Share your Creativity" Page.
If the decoration-talent Fairies choose to display your talent home in the Never News, you'll receive an Art Award badge and a nice supply of snowflakes and pine needles, so that you can buy the new winter home collection when it comes out in shops next month!
To take a screenshot of your home on a PC, hold both the Alt and the "Print Screen" buttons down at the same time, and then open Paint and press your Ctrl key and the "V" key at the same time to see your image in paint. Then save the image to your computer, and follow the upload instructions on the submission page. If you're on a Mac, you can hold down Command, Shift, and the number 4 keys at the same time and you will see your cursor turn into a crosshair. Hold your mouse in the top left corner of what you want to capture then click and drag to create a box around it. Let go of your mouse to save the picture to your desktop automatically.
You have until Monday, January 19 to submit your homes. Good luck!
