Knobby Bees Knees (Quest)

Knobby Bees Knees is a quest you can get from Elixa when your Animal Friend is sick. Upon completion, your Bee will be healed with its health status being restored. Prerequisites: You must have a Bee as an Animal Friend and it must have the illness. Released: 19 October 2010 Retired: 19 September 2013

Quick Steps

• Go to Elixa's Hospital and ask if she has any quests. Pick Knobby Bees Knees.
• Gather 4 Acorns and give them to Elixa.
• Gather 4 Pine Needles and give them to Elixa.
• Complete all tasks and your Animal Friend will be healed.

In Depth Quest Guide

This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Head over to Elixa's Hospital in Neverberry Thicket and ask her if she has any quests. The quest should pop up immediately and you'll be able to begin. Upon starting the quest, Elixa will greet you:

Elixa: "Well, happy flapping, Pixie Name Here! What brings you here?"
"Animal Friend Name Here doesn’t feel well? What are the symptoms? A headache -- and big knobby knees? That is definitely Knobby Bees Knees."
"There’s no need to be worried. We can fix Animal Friend Name Here up with a special healing lotion. Will you gather the ingredients?"

Step 1

Accept this quest?

Elixa: "Good! First we need Acorns."

Gather 4 Acorns and bring them to Elixa's Hospital in Neverberry Thicket.

Story So Far

Your Bee has Knobby Bees Knees. Gather Acorns for the cure!

Your first task is an ingredient collecting one! You are looking for Acorns, if you don’t have 4 already. Once you get the required 4 Acorns, return to Elixa and give them to her.

Step 2

I have Acorns for Elixa.

Elixa: "Very good!"
"While I pick out the best of these acorns, will you gather some Pine Needles?"

Gather 4 Pine Needles and bring them to Elixa's Hospital in Neverberry Thicket.

Story So Far

Your Bee has Knobby Bees Knees. Gather Pine Needles for the cure!

Another ingredient collecting task! This time you are searching for Pine Needles, if you don’t have 4 already. Once you get the required 4 Pine Needles, return to Elixa and give them to her.

The Cure

I have Pine Needles for Elixa!

Elixa: "That’s it then! We’re ready to combine our ingredients!"
"The ingredients must be ground very fine, you know. And only the purest spring water makes a good lotion."
"And here it is! Animal Friend Name Here’s Knobby Bees Knees should be fine in no time!"
"Remember, when your Animal Friend grows up, you should release them back into the wild. Please stop by if Animal Friend Name Here gets sick again. Stay healthy!"

Your Animal Friend gains 25 Health Points and is now healed! If your Animal Friend is not yet fully grown, it will also gain some Age Points.
