Quick Quest Guide

What you will need: 10 Pine Needles (to purchase 1 Bottle of Pepper Black Dye) and 10 Buttercup Petals.

Quick Steps

• Go to Fawn's Hideout and ask if she has any quests. Pick Festive Animal Friends Part 5 of 5.
• Purchase 1 Bottle of Pepper Black Dye from Colette's Colors and give it to Fawn.
• Gather 10 Buttercup Petals and give them to Fawn.
• Pick your reward and the quest is over.

In Depth Quest Guide

This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Head over to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill and ask her if she has any quests. If you have completed the Festive Animal Friends Part 4 of 5 quest, the fifth and final part should pop up immediately and you'll be able to begin. Upon starting the quest, Fawn will greet you:

Fawn: "Jumpin' jackrabbits, I'm glad you're back, chickadee! I DO have one last job for you!"
"Beck flapped by to tell me news! She's got new Animal Friends available at the Nursery -- little baby BEES!"
"I want to collect materials to make one last decoration, this one for Beck's Nursery -- a Bee lantern! Will you help me?"

Step 1

Once you agree, Fawn is thrilled and gives you the first step.

Fawn: "I knew you'd like that idea! To make a Bee with black stripes, we need black dye. Fly to Colette's Colors and get a bottle of Pepper Black Dye, 'kay?"

Fly to Colette's Colors in Chilly Falls and get a bottle of Pepper Black Dye. Bring it to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill when you are done!

Story So Far

You're helping Fawn make decorations for the Animal Masquerade. Fly to Colette's Colors in Chilly Falls and get a bottle of Pepper Black Dye!

Flap up to Chilly Falls and buy a Bottle of Pepper Black Dye, which costs 10 Pine Needles. Once you buy the dye head back to Fawn to give her the bottle.

Step 2

Fawn: "Wow, it even SMELLS like pepper! It's makin' me ... ACHOOOO!"
"Sorry about that. Anyhow, since bees are black and yellow, we need something yellow. How about Buttercup Petals? We can use those for wings, too!"
"While I find a paintbrush for the dye, you go gather Buttercup Petals!"

Gather 10 Buttercup Petals and bring them to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill.

An ingredient collecting task! You are looking for Buttercup Petals if you don't have 10 already. Once you get the required 10 Buttercup Petals, give them to Fawn.

"So guess what? I've made you something super special this time!"
"You deserve an Animal Friend lantern to decorate your home, too! Have fun at the Animal Masquerade!"
