Fawn's Skunk Situation (Quest)

What you will need: 5 Rose Petals, 8 Buttercup Petals, and 7 Lily Petals.

Quick Steps

• Go to Fawn's Hideout and ask Fawn if she has any quests. Pick Fawn's Skunk Situation.
• Gather 5 Rose Petals and give them to Fawn.
• Gather 8 Buttercup Petals and give them to Fawn.
• Gather 7 Lily Petals and give them to Fawn.
• Pick your reward and the quest is over.

In Depth Quest Guide

This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Head over to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill and ask her if she has any quests. If you have finished the quest Munchy-Pillar, the quest should appear in the list of quests you may do and you may begin immediately. Upon starting the quest, Fawn will greet you:

Fawn: "Whoa, Fairyname Here! Stop right there! If you value your nose, don't come any closer!"
"I was playing with some baby skunks when a hawk flew overhead. You can guess what happened next. Little Wiffy got scared and ... here I am! SKUNKED!"
"I'm not mad at the little fuzzy... well... maybe a little... NO! No no no, I am NOT mad, but, moons and stars, I smell worse than an old bog on a hot day."
"Do you think you can help me de-stink myself?"

Step 1

Once you agree, Fawn is thrilled and gives you the first step.

Fawn: "Flitterific! Now I was thinkin' -- we should be able to get rid of a bad smell with a good smell, right? So..."
"...can you get some Rose Petals? I'd gather them myself, but I think I'd wilt the wildflowers."

Gather 5 Rose Petals and bring them to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill.

Story So Far

Fawn is stuck in a stinky situation! She's been sprayed by Little Wiffy, a baby skunk. Help her get rid of the awful odor!

You need to collect some ingredients. So, go search for 5 Rose Petals. If you have 5 Rose Petals already you don't have to leave you can just give them to her, and then the next step will begin.

Step 2

Fawn: "Thanks! I really really really appreciate this! I guess I'll just rub these on myself..."
"..."
"Oh, sufferin' stink bugs! I used all those Rose Petals..."
"...and they smell so great..."
"but I still stink!"
"How about we try Buttercup Petals this time?"

Gather 8 Buttercup Petals and bring them to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill.

Another ingredient collecting task! It’s time to gather up some Buttercup Petals now, if you don’t have 8 already. Once you get the required 8 Buttercup Petals, return to Fawn and give them to her.

Step 3

Fawn: "Okay, these ought to do it! I'll just rub them on me like so..."
"..."
"Oh, hawk hooey. I'm still stinky!"
"Okay, my last hope is Lily Petals..."
"They're harder to find than other flower petals, but they smell so good that some Fairies use them as perfume! I know Iridessa does, and so does Vidia!"
"Can you go find me some Lily Petals?"

Gather 7 Lily Petals and bring them to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill.

This is the last ingredient collecting step! This time you are searching for Lily Petals, if you don’t have 7 already. Once you get the required 7 Lily Petals, return to Fawn and give them to her.

Your Reward

Fawn: "These smell wonderful! Okay, I'll rub them on me, rub rub rub on my arms and legs and..."
"Wait a second... *SNIFF SNIFF* ...can it be...?"
"I smell the Lily Petals and not the skunky stink!"
"It worked! It worked! I don't reek like a summer swamp anymore! YAY!"
"Oh, thank you, Fairyname Here! You're my hero! And here, please take this -- it's lavender potpourri. I tried it earlier but it didn't work. It still smells real nice though, so I'd like you to have the rest!"
"I couldn't have de-stinkified without you!"

You'll receive a Lavender Sachet Foxtail Orange as shown below. You also unlock the following quests upon completion: Warm for the Winter and Too Many Berries.
