Fawn's Fairy Flu (Quest)

Fawn's Fairy Flu is a quest you can get from Tinker Bell. Upon completion, you will get the following as your reward: Squirrel Doll Fawn Brown. Prerequisites: Mending Friendships must be completed. Released: 19 December 2008

Quick Quest Guide

This Quest has 9 steps.

What you will need: 10 Daisy Petals, 5 Raspberries and 3 Pine Needles.

Quick Steps

• Go to Tinker's Nook and ask Tinker Bell if she has any quests. Pick Fawn's Fairy Flu.
• Go to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill to visit Fawn.
• Fly back to Tinker's Nook to speak with Tink.
• Head on over to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale to talk to Silvermist.
• Gather up 10 Daisy Petals for Silvermist and give them to her.
• Get a score of 3,000 points on Petal Pick-Up, then return to Silvermist.
• Gather up 5 Raspberries and give them to Sil.
• Return to Tink.
• Gather up 3 Pine Needles and give them to Tink.
• Go back to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill to visit Fawn.
• Pick your reward and the quest is over.

In Depth Quest Guide

This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Head over to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field and ask Tink if she has any quests. If you have finished the quest Mending Friendships, the quest should appear in the list of quests you may do and you'll be able to begin immediately. Upon starting the quest, Tinker Bell will greet you

Tinker Bell: "Have you seen Fawn?"
"I didn't see her at breakfast this morning. Actually, I haven't seen her at all today. I wonder if something is wrong."
"Will you go to Fawn's Hideout and see if she's there?"

Step 1

Accept this Quest?

Once you agree, Tink is thrilled and gives you the first step.

Tinker Bell: "Thanks a lot! I need to stay here and fix a rusty hinge on Bess's paint box."
"Let me know if anything is wrong!"

Fly to Fawn's Hideout! You can get there from Maple Tree Hill.

Story So Far

Tinker Bell hasn't seen Fawn all day. Go visit Fawn to make sure everything is okay.

Head over to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill and visit Fawn. See if she is okay.

Step 2

I’m checking up on Fawn.

Fawn: "Oh, hi, Fairyname Here. Don't fly doo close -- I got da Fairy Flu. See? By nose is all stubbed up!"
"Tell Dinker Bell I deed some medicine, okay? I can't fly straight right dow."

Fly to Tinker's Nook! You can get there from Cottonpuff Field.

Story So Far

Tinker Bell hasn't seen Fawn all day because Fawn has the Fairy Flu. Fawn need medicine!

Head back to Tinker's Nook and speak to Tinker Bell. Tell her that Fawn has the flu.

Step 3

I need to tell Tinker Bell about Fawn!

Tinker Bell: "Fawn's got the Fairy Flu? That's awful!"
"Have you ever seen a Fairy with the Fairy Flu before? First you nose stuffs up, then your eyes cross, and then --"
"-- you turn GREEN! We have to make Fawn some medicine right away! My friend Elixa, the healing-talent, gave me the recipe once."
"First we need 3 ground rosehips. I don't have any. Maybe Silvermist does. Can you check?"

Fly to Silvermist's Grotto! You can get there from Dewdrop Vale.

Story So Far

Tinker Bell hasn't seen Fawn all day because Fawn has the Fairy Flu. Fawn needs Tink to make her some medicine using rosehips. Tink wants you to see if Silvermist has any rosehips.

Head over to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale and talk to Silvermist. Ask about rosehips for Fawn’s medicine.

Step 4

I need to talk to Silvermist!

Silvermist: "Gee, I was just thinking about you, Fairyname Here. Hey, what's the matter?"
"Fawn's got the Fairy Flu? Sorry, I don't have any rosehips, but I know someone who does -- VIDIA."
"But she had a big argument with Fawn yesterday. I doubt she'll just give us those rosehips. Let me see what I can do."
"In the meantime, can you get some Daisy Petals? When Fawn's nose starts to clear up, the smell of daisies will make her feel a whole lot better."
"Meet me back here when you're done."

Gather 10 Daisy Petals and bring them to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale.

Story So Far

Tinker Bell hasn't seen Fawn all day because Fawn has the Fairy Flu. Fawn needs Tinker Bell to make her some medicine using rosehips from Silvermist -- but Silvermist is out of rosehips. Help Silvermist while she tries to get rosehips from Vidia.

It’s time to gather up some Daisy Petals now, if you don’t have 10 already. Once you get the required 10 Daisy Petals, return to Silvermist and give them to her.

Step 5

I got Daisy Petals!

Silvermist: "Oh, these Daisy Petals smell so good! Fawn will love them...when her nose starts working again."
"I talked to Vidia, and I was right -- she's still mad at Fawn. But she'll give us 3 ground rosehips..."
"...after you've shown her you can manage the breezes up in Whispering Winds."
"Get there by going to Cherryblossom Heights. Rosetta's there now catching flower petals."
"Look, I know Vidia's being difficult -- as usual -- but will you do it? I'll wait here."

Fly to Cherryblossom Heights. Earn 3,000 points playing Petal Pick-Up in Whispering Winds. Return to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale when you are done!

Story So Far

Tinker Bell hasn't seen Fawn all day because Fawn has the Fairy Flu. Fawn needs Tinker Bell to make her some medicine. Vidia has an ingredient, but she will only give it to you if you can manage to collect some flower petals in the breezes of Whispering Winds.

Play Petal Pick-Up in Cherryblossom Heights. Once you get the score of 3,000 points needed (whether in one shot or cumulative), quit the game or play until you finish then return to Silvermist.

Step 6

I’m showing Silvermist all the flower petals I caught!

Silvermist: "You caught that many petals? You must be able to handle those breezes as well as Vidia herself!"
"I'll fly to Vidia right away and get those rosehips."
"Can you find 5 Raspberries while I'm gone? I'll make some raspberry juice for Fawn. That will perk her up!"
"Let's meet back here."

Gather 5 Raspberries and bring them to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale.

Collect some more ingredients. So, go search for 5 Raspberries. If you have 5 Raspberries already, you don't have to leave you can just give them to Sil and the next step will begin.

Step 7

I’ve got Raspberries for Silvermist!

Silvermist: "We did it! I think Vidia was even impressed with you! At least, a little..."
"Here, I’ll take the Raspberries and make the juice. You take the ground rosehips back to Tinker Bell."

Fly to Tinker's Nook! You can get there from Cottonpuff Field.

Head back to Tinker's Nook and talk to Tinker Bell. Deliver the rosehips to her.

Step 8

I’ve got ground rosehips for Tinker Bell!

Tinker Bell: "How did it go? I see you got the rosehips. Ooo, and Silvermist is making raspberry juice? AND you have Daisy Petals ready? You guys are great!"
"Now we just need sassafras tea to go with the rosehips. And guess what? I have some!"
"But to stir it together, I need just the right tool. Let's try some long Pine Needles from Winter Woods."

Gather 3 Pine Needles and bring them to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field.

This is the last ingredient collecting step! This time you are searching for Pine Needles. Once you have gathered the 3 Pine Needles needed, return to Tinker Bell.

I have Pine Needles for Tinker Bell!

Tinker Bell: "Good! Now I'll stir these ingredients up..."
"...gotta get those pesky lumps out..."
"And here we go! This should do the trick!"
"I have one last job for you! Can you take the medicine to Fawn?"

Fly to Fawn's Hideout! You can get there from Maple Tree Hill.

Story So Far

Tinker Bell hasn't seen Fawn all day because Fawn has the Fairy Flu. Fawn needs Tinker Bell to make her some medicine. Silvermist helped to collect the ingredients, Tink mixed them together, and now it's time to deliver the medicine!

Head to Fawn's Hideout to visit with Fawn. Deliver the medicine to her.

"Eww! It tastes like blecch! But Silvermist came by and gave be some raspberry juice, so I'll just drink some of that."

"Here, Fairyname Here, take this -- 'cuz you have to be a little NUTS to brave the Fairy Flu!"
"Thanks Fairyname Here. You're a true Fairy friend!"

You'll receive a Squirrel Doll Fawn Brown as shown below. You also unlock the following quests upon completion: Girl Stuff and Tinker Bell's Tinker Mark.
