To Acquire

During the 2012 Garden Tea Party event, member players had to fly to Cassie's Costume Shop and buy the Serving-Talent Hat. Once the hat was acquired, players wore the hat and flew into Palm Tree Cove. After using the Cake emote while in the meadow, the player would earn the badge.
