Advice For Silvermist (Quest)

Quick Quest Guide
This Quest has 10 steps.What you will need: 30 Dandelion Fluff and 30 Spider Silk.
Quick Steps
- Go to Silvermist's Grotto and ask if she has any quests. Pick Advice For Silvermist.
- Head on over to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill and talk to Fawn.
- Earn a score of 15,000 points on Harvest Hustle, then return to Fawn.
- Return to Silvermist.
- Fly to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field and speak to Tinker Bell.
- Gather 30 Dandelion Fluff and give them to Tink.
- Earn a score of 10,000 points on Petal Pick-Up, then return to Tink.
- Gather 30 Spider Silk and give them to Tink.
- Flap back to Silvermist.
- Return to Fawn.
- Return to Silvermist.
- Pick your reward and the quest is over.
In Depth Quest Guide
This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.
Head over to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale and ask her if she has any quests. If you have finished the quest Getting Colorful, the quest should appear in the list of quests you may do and you can begin immediately. Upon starting the quest, Silvermist will greet you:
Silvermist: "*SOB* Oh, Fairyname Here, I feel terrible! No, I'm not sick, *SNIFF* I'm just... sad!"
"I mean, *SOB* I don't care if Rainsong got more compliments on her tadpole training than I did."
"And it's okay that the Minister of Spring asked Moontide to put dewdrops on the grass in Dewdrop Vale instead of me. Honest! *SOB*"
"Oh, Fairyname Here, can you help me figure out why I feel so sad?"
Step 1
Accept this Quest?Once you agree, Silvermist is thrilled and gives you the first step.
Silvermist: "Thanks. *SOB* I was hoping you might go ask Fawn for advice. She's a really smart *SNIFF* Fairy. Maybe she can help."
Fly to Fawn's Hideout! You can get there from Maple Tree Hill.
Story So Far
Silvermist feels sad and doesn't know why. You're helping her by asking Fawn for advice.
Head over to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill and ask Fawn for advice.
Step 2
I need to see Fawn!Fawn: "Heya, chickadee! ...Sil? What's wrong with her? Is she staring at the sparkles on Havendish Stream and gettin' all teary again?"
"Uh-oh. This sounds serious."
"You know, the wisest creature I know is old Scops the owl. She's lived in Pixie Hollow for ages. I think Sil should talk to her."
"Scops is very formal, though. Sil needs to bring her a gift. How about berries? Scops really likes berries! We can get some from Knothole Pantry."
"Come on! I'll meet you there! Knothole Pantry is just over in Pumpkin Patch."
Fly to Pumpkin Patch. Earn 15,000 points playing Harvest Hustle in Knothole Pantry. Return to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill when you are done!

Story So Far
Silvermist feels sad and doesn't know why. You've asked Fawn for advice, and Fawn suggests that Silvermist visit wise old Scops the owl. You need to help get some berries as a gift for Scops.
Head out to play Harvest Hustle in Pumpkin Patch. Once you reach a score of 15,000 points (whether in one shot or cumulative), fly back to Fawn.
Step 3
I have berries for Scops!Fawn: "Great!"
"Now take those berries to Sil and see if she likes the idea of talking to Scops."
Fly to Silvermist's Grotto! You can get there from Dewdrop Vale.
Story So Far
Silvermist feels sad and doesn't know why. Fawn thinks she should talk to wise old Scops the owl. You're going to ask Silvermist if she likes that idea.
Return to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale and ask Silvermist about visiting Scops.
Step 4
I need to see Silvermist.Silvermist: "Fairyname Here, you're back! *SNIFF* What did Fawn say?"
"*SOB* I've heard of Scops. She's like a legend in the forest. Sure I'll visit her -- it's a *SNIFF* great idea!"
"Can you do something for me while I'm gone? *SNIFF* I've used up all of those wonderful petalkerchiefs that Tink invented for me."
"Can you go ask her if she could help the sewing-talents make a few more?"
"Oh, thank you, raindrop! *SOB* Wish me luck!"
Fly to Tinker's Nook! You can get there from Cottonpuff Field.
Story So Far
Silvermist feels sad and doesn't know why. She's gone to talk to wise old Scops the owl. While she's gone, you need to help Tinker Bell make Silvermist some petalkerchiefs.
Go to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field and ask Tinker Bell about petalkerchiefs.
Step 5
I’m here to see Tinker Bell!Tinker Bell: "Hey, Fairyname Here! Did you know that the mermaids' language, called Mermish, has 38 vowels and no consonants? Neat, huh?"
"Sorry. Just something I heard today. So what's flappin'?"
"MORE petalkerchiefs?! Moon and stars, Sil has more tears in her than all the other water-talents combined! Sure, I'll make her more."
"We'll need lots of Dandelion Fluff. Can you gather some while I go tell the sewing-talents they've got a big job coming?"
Gather 30 Dandelion Fluff and bring them to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field.

Story So Far
Silvermist feels sad and doesn't know why. She's gone to talk to wise old Scops the owl. While she's gone, you're helping Tinker Bell make Silvermist some petalkerchiefs. You need to gather Dandelion Fluff.
You need to collect some ingredients! Gather up some Dandelion Fluff, if you don’t have 30 already. Once you get the 30 Dandelion Fluff needed, return to Tinker Bell.
Step 6
I have Dandelion Fluff for Tinker Bell!Tinker Bell: "Okay, next we need Cherryblossom Petals. They're strong, plus they smell wonderful!"
"You can catch them with Rosetta up in Whispering Winds. I'll stay here and find a leaf bag to put them in."
Fly to Cherryblossom Heights. Earn 10,000 points playing Petal Pick-Up in Whispering Winds. Return to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field when you are done!

Silvermist feels sad and doesn't know why. While she's off talking to wise old Scops the owl, you're helping Tinker Bell make her petalkerchiefs. You need to catch Cherryblossom Petals up in Whispering Winds.
Head out to play Petal Pick-Up in Cherryblossom Heights. Once you reach a score of 10,000 points (whether in one shot or cumulative), fly back to Tink.
Step 7
I have Cherryblossom Petals for Tinker Bell!Tinker Bell: "Great! I'll get to work sorting out the best ones for petalkerchiefs."
"Can you find some Spider Silk? That's the last thing we need."
Gather 30 Spider Silk and bring them to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field.

Silvermist feels sad and doesn't know why. While she's off talking to wise old Scops the owl, you're helping Tinker Bell make her petalkerchiefs. You need to gather Spider Silk.
Another ingredient collecting task! You are looking for Spider Silk this time, if you don't have 30 already. Once you get the required 30 Spider Silk, give them to Tinker Bell.
Step 8
I have Spider Silk for Tinker Bell!Tinker Bell: "Well, that's it! We have everything we need to make Sil more petalkerchiefs. I'll take this stuff to the sewing-talents, okay?"
"Why don't you check on Sil?"
Fly to Silvermist's Grotto! You can get there from Dewdrop Vale.
Story So Far
Silvermist feels sad and doesn't know why. While she's off talking to wise old Scops the owl, you helped Tinker Bell make her petalkerchiefs. Now return to Silvermist.
Flit back to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale and check on Silvermist.
Step 9
I’m checking up on Silvermist.Silvermist: "Oh, Fairyname Here, Fawn was right! Scops the owl is one of the wisest creatures in all of Pixie Hollow! I feel so much better after talking to her!"
"She listened to everything I said, and she was so kind! And her advice was simple but so helpful!"
"I know I already gave her those berries, but I want to give her something else, just to say thank you! While I do that, can you go tell Fawn that her idea worked?"
Fly to Fawn's Hideout! You can get there from Maple Tree Hill.
Story So Far
Silvermist felt sad and didn't know why. Then she took Fawn's advice and went to see wise old Scops the owl. Now she feels better! Go tell Fawn the good news!
Return to Fawn's Hideout in Maple Tree Hill and tell Fawn her idea worked.
Step 10
I have news for Fawn!Fawn: "Good, you're back! So, chickadee, does Silvermist want to talk to Scops?"
"What do you mean, she already went?! But -- but -- how could she do it? I mean, she doesn't speak Owl! You can't talk to an owl if you don't speak Owl!"
"Go ask her how she managed to talk to Scops. I'd do it myself, but Bess needs vole hairs right away for a new paintbrush."
Fly to Silvermist's Grotto! You can get there from Dewdrop Vale.
Story So Far
Silvermist felt sad and didn't know why. Then she took Fawn's advice and went to see wise old Scops the owl. But Fawn wants you to ask her how she spoke to Scops when she doesn't speak Owl!
One more trip back to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale! When you get there, ask Silvermist how she talked to Scops.
Your Reward
I’m here to see Silvermist!Silvermist: "How did I talk to Scops? Well... let's see. I told her all my worries, and she made me realize why I was sad."
"See, I've been comparing myself to other Fairies who have done some things better than me. You know, like Rainsong and Moontide."
"But Scops made me see that I do some things better than they do. Everybody has special talents! I should be proud of what I can do and proud of what other Fairies can do, too!"
"I mean, Scops kept saying "Hoo!" No matter what I said, she answered, "Hoo!" Don't you see?"
"She was telling me to appreciate HOO I am!"
"Remember to always appreciate HOO you are too, Fairyname Here! Because you're so splasharific!"
"So why don't you take this..."
"I hope you make something that's perfectly you with this blue!"
You'll receive 3 Bottles of Forget-Me-Not Blue Dye as shown below. You also unlock the following quest upon completion: Teary Trouble.
