Combining Magic Pins

It would be nice to add a section about recharge times for each magic and star level.

I think it should be moved there, since this page, doesn't have much on it, but it's useful info, while the Magic Pins page doesn't have much info on magic pins, so I think it should be moved as well. --CL_Haveamagicalday
