• Go to Silvermist's Grotto and ask if she has any quests. Pick Stocking Kerchiefs.
• Gather 30 Dandelion Fluff and give them to Silvermist.
• Pick which of the ingredients you want in exchange for your Dandelion Fluff and the quest is over.

This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Head over to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale and ask her if she has any quests. The quest should pop up immediately and you'll be able to begin. Upon starting the quest, Silvermist will greet you:

Silvermist: "Fly with you, Pixie Name Here! I have a favor to ask. I bet you know what it is, too -- more of those special petalkerchiefs!"
"The other water-talents saw how well they soak up tears, and you know how we water-talents cry ... Could you help me make more?"

Accept this Quest?

Silvermist: "Splashtastic! All I need is some Dandelion Fluff. And you know, I have some seeds you can have in exchange, okay?"

Gather 30 Dandelion Fluff and bring them to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale.

Story So Far

Silvermist needs Dandelion Fluff so the sewing-talents can make more petalkerchiefs. Gather Dandelion Fluff to trade for seeds!

Exchange quests are very quick, so once you have gathered the 30 Dandelion Fluff, just bring them to Sil and pick between either Acorns or Sunflower Seeds to finish the quest.

I have Dandelion Fluff for Silvermist!

Silvermist: "Ripple-rific! This Dandelion Fluff is so nice and poofy! Now which would you like, Acorns or Sunflower Seeds?"
"Thanks for the Fluff -- enjoy your Acorns/Sunflower Seeds!"

You get a choice of either 7 Acorns or 28 Sunflower Seeds.
