Quick Quest Guide
This Quest has 14 steps.What you will need: 10 Oak Leaves
Quick Steps
- Go to Rosetta's Garden and ask Rosetta if she has any quests. Pick Prickly Friendship.
- Go to Silvermist's Grotto and talk to Silvermist.
- Earn a score of 3,000 in Bubble Bounce and return to Silvermist.
- Fly back to Rosetta's Garden and talk to Rosetta.
- Go to Dulcie's Kitchen and Community Bake 2 batches of Sunflower Cookies and return to Rosetta.
- Go to Fawn's Hideout and talk to Fawn.
- Return to Rosetta's Garden and talk to Rosetta.
- Earn a score of 3,000 in Petal Pick-Up and return to Rosetta.
- Go to Iridessa's Glade and talk to Iridessa.
- Flap back Rosetta's Garden and visit with Rosetta again.
- Go to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook and make a Long Lily Skirt in a shade of yellow using Community Tailoring, then return to Rosetta.
- Go to Tinker's Nook and talk to Tinker Bell
- Go to Rosetta's Garden and talk to Rosetta.
- Go to Copper's Tinkering Nook in Maple Tree Hill and Community Tinker a Clay Pot (any color). Then return to Rosetta.
- Gather 10 Oak Leaves and give them to Rosetta.
- Pick your reward and the quest is over.
In Depth Quest Guide
This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.
Head over to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights and ask her if she has any quests. The quest should appear in the list of quests you may do. Upon starting the quest, Rosetta will greet you:
Rosetta: "Hi there, sugarplum. Sorry if I’m lookin’ a little sad. I’m stuck in a big argument with Vidia."
"I was watering my daisies this mornin’ when she flew by. Her wings got wet, she fell into a patch of cuddlevines, an’ it took forever to pull her out."
"Now SHE wants ME to apologize! Of all the nerve! Even worse, it’s the Fairy Friendship Festival!"
"The festival is all about celebratin’ friends -- not fightin’ with ‘em. Can you help me figure out what to do?"
Step 1
Accept this Quest?Once you agree, Rosetta is thrilled and gives you the first step.
Rosetta: "Plant-astic! You know, maybe I could end this argument by making FRIENDS with Vidia!"
"I know -- Vidia’s not always the sweetest. Maybe if I gave her a really special gift, she’d be more friendly."
"I need time to think up a gift. Could you visit Silvermist and get some water bubbles for me? I’m makin’ perfume for the garden-talents today."
Fly to Silvermist's Grotto! You can get there from Dewdrop Vale.
Story So Far
The Fairy Friendship Festival has begun, and Vidia is angry with Rosetta. Help Rosetta by visiting Silvermist!
Head over to Dewdrop Vale and visit Silvermist at Silvermist's Grotto to ask about the bubbles of water.
Step 2
I’m here to see Silvermist!Silvermist: "Fly with you, raindrop! Rosetta needs water bubbles? No problem! Wait -- she wants to make FRIENDS with VIDIA?! I wish her luck!"
"But you know, if she’s serious and really wants a good gift, she should try something sweet. All Fairies love sweets!"
"Now let’s get those water bubbles. I’ll meet you at Soapstone Stream!"
Fly to Dewdrop Vale. Earn 3,000 points playing Bubble Bounce in Soapstone Stream. Return to Silvermist's Grotto in Dewdrop Vale when you are done!

Story So Far
The Fairy Friendship Festival has begun, and Vidia is angry with Rosetta. You’re helping Rosetta by getting water bubbles at Soapstone Stream with Silvermist!
Fly across to the other side of Dewdrop Vale and enter Soapstone Stream. Play Bubble Bounce until you reach a score of 3,000 points (whether in one shot or cumulative). When you are done, return to Silvermist.
Step 3
I got water bubbles with Silvermist!Silvermist: "Here, I’ll put those water bubbles over with the walnut shells."
"Fly those water bubbles back to Rosetta right away! And don’t forget to tell her my idea. Maybe it will work!"
Fly to Rosetta's Garden! You can get there from Cherryblossom Heights.
Story So Far
The Fairy Friendship Festival has begun, and Vidia is angry with Rosetta. You helped Rosetta by getting water bubbles. Now take them to her!
Flap back up to Cherryblossom Heights and go to Rosetta's Garden. Give Rosetta the water bubbles you collected.
Step 4
I have water bubbles for Rosetta!Rosetta: "Thanks for the water bubbles, peaches. But even with all that time to think, I still don’t know what to give Vidia."
"Silvermist thinks I should give Vidia sweets? I’ll make Neverberry Punch! Will you bake her a dozen Sunflower Cookies at Dulcie’s Kitchen?"
Go to Dulcie's Kitchen in Neverberry Thicket and community bake 3 batches of Sunflower Cookies! Return to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights when you are done!

Story So Far
The Fairy Friendship Festival has begun, and Vidia is angry with Rosetta. You’re helping Rosetta by community baking 3 batches of Sunflower Cookies at Dulcie’s Kitchen!
This baking task must be completed in Dulcie's Kitchen, which is located in Neverberry Thicket. In order to Community Bake the Sunflower Cookies, the recipe must be unlocked and available. To unlock the recipe, you must first complete the Acorn Cookie Recipe. Once you have the recipe ready for Community Baking, bake your cookies. Regardless of the quality score you earn, you will have to bake 3 batches of Sunflower Cookies -- even though Rosetta says she only wants a dozen. Fly back to Rosetta when you have completed your baking task.
Editor's Note: The requirement for fulfilling this task was changed to only needing to bake 2 batches of Sunflower cookies.
Step 5
I baked Sunflower Cookies at Dulcie’s Kitchen!Rosetta: "Those smell divine! And I have the Neverberry Punch all ready. I’ll take these sweets to Vidia right now!"
"While I’m gone, could you return this soft bristle brush to Fawn? I borrowed it to brush my garden peaches!"
Fly to Fawn's Hideout! You can get there from Maple Tree Hill.
Story So Far
The Fairy Friendship Festival has begun, and Vidia is angry with Rosetta. You’re helping Rosetta by returning a brush to Fawn!
Head over to Maple Tree Hill and go to Fawn's Hideout. Visit with Fawn.
Step 6
I’m here to see Fawn!Fawn: "It’s my favorite chickadee! I see you have the brush I loaned Rosetta. How is she?"
"She’s trying to make friends with VIDIA? No way! Vidia would rather have a skunk sachet in her closet!"
"Well, thanks for bringing the brush back. You should flap on back to Rosetta. If she’s trying to make friends with Vida, she needs all the help she can get!"
Fly to Rosetta's Garden! You can get there from Cherryblossom Heights.
Story So Far
The Fairy Friendship Festival has begun, and Vidia is angry with Rosetta. You helped Rosetta by returning Fawn’s brush. Now fly back to Rosetta’s Garden!
Another trip to Cherryblossom Heights is in order! When you get there, speak to Rosetta.
Step 7
I’m here to see Rosetta!Rosetta: "So much for our sweet idea, sugar. Vidia crossed her arms and refused the cookies an’ punch."
"Fawn says I should give Vidia a skunk sachet? Ha!"
"But that gives me an idea. I can make something that smells GOOD for Vidia -- like perfume! I was gonna make some anyway!"
"Come on, sugar. We need to catch sweet-smellin’ flower petals up in Whispering Winds for the perfume!"
Fly to Cherryblossom Heights. Earn 3,000 points playing Petal Pick-Up in Whispering Winds. Return to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights when you are done!

Story So Far
The Fairy Friendship Festival has begun, and Vidia is angry with Rosetta. You’re helping Rosetta by catching flower petals with her in Whispering Winds!
Fly up to the top of Cherryblossom Heights and enter Whispering Winds. Play Petal Pick-Up until you reach a score of 3,000 points (whether in one shot or cumulative). When you are done, return to Rosetta.
Step 8
I caught flower petals with Rosetta!Rosetta: "These flower petals are wonderful, Fairyname here! Now, while I make the perfume, could you do me a teensy favor?"
"Iridessa has sun sparkles for my new Fairy Friendship Festival dress -- you know, to give it a little somethin’ extra. Will you get them for me?"
Fly to Iridessa's Glade! You can get there from Sunflower Gully.
Story So Far
The Fairy Friendship Festival has begun, and Vidia is angry with Rosetta. You’re helping Rosetta by getting sun sparkles from Iridessa!
Flit to Sunflower Gully and enter Iridessa's Glade. Get the sun sparkles from Dess for Rosetta.
Step 9
I’m here to see Iridessa!Iridessa: "Hi, sunshine! You’ve come to get Rosetta’s sun sparkles? I have them right here. Wait -- you say that Rosetta is trying to what?"
"She’s trying to make friends with VIDIA?! I don’t like to use the word IMPOSSIBLE, but in this case ... Well ..."
"If you ask me, Vidia needs some serious sunshine in her life. But I wish Rosetta luck anyhow. Here, you’d better take these sun sparkles to her."
Fly to Rosetta's Garden! You can get there from Cherryblossom Heights.
Story So Far
The Fairy Friendship Festival has begun, and Vidia is angry with Rosetta. You’re helping Rosetta by bringing her sun sparkles from Iridessa!
Return to Cherryblossom Heights to speak with Rosetta again.
Step 10
I’ve got sun sparkles for Rosetta!Rosetta: "Sun sparkles. Thanks, Fairyname here."
"Sorry, little saplin’, but it happened again. Vidia refused the perfume. She actually slammed the door in my face this time!"
"What’s that you say? Iridessa thinks Vidia needs more sunshine in her life? I couldn’t agree more."
"Hey, that’s not a bad idea! Why don’t we make Vidia a bright new Fairy Friendship Festival outfit? All Fairies love beautiful clothes!"
"I’ll make her a top. Why don’t you visit Bobbin at her Tailorin’ Nook and make Vidia a Long Lily Skirt? Dye it something sparkly, maybe yellow -- that’ll brighten her up!"
Go to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook in Springtime Orchard and Community Tailor a yellow Long Lily Skirt! Return to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights when you are done!

Story So Far
The Fairy Friendship Festival has begun, and Vidia is angry with Rosetta. You’re helping Rosetta by Community Tailoring a yellow Long Lily Skirt at Bobbin’s Tailoring Nook!
Flutter over to Bobbin's Tailoring Nook in Springtime Orchard. Now you need to make sure you have the Long Lily Skirt Pattern unlocked and available. You must complete the Sweetgum Leaf Skirt Pattern first to open the Long Lily Skirt. Once you have the pattern opened, choose Community Tailoring and select Long Lily Skirt from the list. Even though Rosetta suggests making the skirt with a yellow dye, you may choose any color you like. When you are finished tailoring the skirt, head back to Rosetta’s.
''Editor's Note: Originally you could choose any shade to tailor the skirt, however, the quest was changed so that you must choose a yellow dye to complete the task.
Step 11
I made a skirt for Vidia!Rosetta: "Peaches, this skirt is lovely! And it goes perfectly with the top I made. I’ll give them to Vidia right now."
"While I do that, can I bother you for one more teensy favor? I need to deliver tea herbs to Tinker Bell. Can you do that for me?"
Fly to Tinker's Nook! You can get there from Cottonpuff Field.
Story So Far
The Fairy Friendship Festival has begun, and Vidia is angry with Rosetta. You’re helping Rosetta by delivering tea herbs to Tinker Bell!
Your next task is to visit with Tinker Bell in her Nook, which is located in Cottonpuff Field.
Step 12
I’m here to see Tinker Bell!Tinker Bell: "Fly with you, Fairyname here! What brings you to the Nook? Oh, you brought my tea herbs! Thanks!"
"WHAT did you say? Rosetta wants to make friends with ... HER?! Look, I may not be the sharpest twig on the tree, but I know one thing."
"Vidia hates pretty much everything. That’s just the way she is. Well, thanks for the herbs. And good luck to Rosetta!"
Fly to Rosetta's Garden! You can get there from Cherryblossom Heights.
Story So Far
The Fairy Friendship Festival has begun, and Vidia is angry with Rosetta. You helped Rosetta by delivering herbs to Tinker Bell. Now fly back to Rosetta’s Garden!
Now you need to return to Rosetta to speak with her again.
Step 13
I’m here to see Rosetta!Rosetta: "Okay, I give up. Vidia refused to accept the outfit we made for her. In fact, she said it was way too “perky!”"
"No, I don’t think I want to hear what Tink said. *SIGH* Oh, all right ... She says Vidia hates everything and that’s just the way she is?"
"THAT’S IT! Bless my wings, THAT’S IT! We’ve been givin’ Vidia gifts WE like, but Vidia likes different things!"
"Fly to Copper’s Tinkering Nook an’ make a Clay Pot right away. I’ve got the perfect gift idea for Vidia, I’m sure of it this time!"
Go to Copper's Tinkering Nook in Maple Tree Hill and Community Tinker a Clay Pot! Return to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights when you are done!

The Fairy Friendship Festival has begun, and Vidia is angry with Rosetta. You’re helping Rosetta by Community Tinkering a Clay Pot at Copper’s Tinkering Nook!
Flap over to Copper's Tinkering Nook located in Maple Tree Hill. Once there, pick Community Tinkering and choose Clay Pot from the list. The blueprint will not be automatically available for Community Tinkering -- you must earn it. To open the blueprint, you must first complete the Seedpod Fan Blueprint, which will unlock the Leaf Blanket Blueprint. Complete the Leaf Blanket Blueprint to unlock the Clay Pot Blueprint. When you have tinkered the pot, flit back to Rosetta and give it to her.
Editor’s Note: Originally, Rosetta requested the Clay Pot to be dyed Purple. Even though Rosetta suggested you tinker the pot using a purple dye, you could have chosen any color and it would have counted. However, this request was removed from the step to avoid player confusion because a purple dye was not available for Community Tinkering in Copper’s Tinkering Nook.

I made a Clay Pot for Vidia!Rosetta: "Great! Now, there’s a prickly pear growin’ just outside my garden. I noticed Vidia admiring it the other day."
"I’ll move it to this pot and give it to her!"
"I’ve never potted one before, but it’s pretty easy. I’ll use my Grow Talent Skill to make it bloom a nice flower ... There we go!"
"I’ll take this to Vidia."
"Can you gather some Oak Leaves while I’m gone? If I’m wrong again, I’ll need some leafkerchiefs ‘cuz I just might cry!"
Gather 10 Oak Leaves and bring them to Rosetta's Garden in Cherryblossom Heights.

An ingredient collecting task! You need to gather up some Oak Leaves, if you don’t have 10 already. Once you get the required 10 Oak Leaves, return to Rosetta and give them to her.
