Pixie Hollow announced Salute to Animal Mother's Week under the "Events" section on the Pixie Hollow site.
Salute to Animal Mother's Week (5/4-5/10)

Every Fairy with an Animal Friend knows that it's hard work to raise a little critter. That's why we're honoring the ones who do it every day ... the animal mothers! Starting May 4, Fawn will offer a critteriffic new quest for Members, where you can help her build the ultimate gift for mama birds all over the Hollow.
Acorn Summit will be decorated for the event, but we're really counting on you guys to throw the ultimate Animal Mother's Week parties in your Fairy homes! There will be a special event badge for playing five party games during the event, and Beck will be flying by some pixie parties during the event too! Look for more details on that soon in the Never News Blog.
Let's hear it for the mothers in Pixie Hollow ... animal mothers that is!

Quests
A special quest, available to Member Fairies, was released on 4 May 2010. Players needed to visit Fawn in Maple Tree Hill to begin the quest.Players who completed the quest were awarded the Bluebird Blue Wide Wicker Bed.

Famous Fairy Visits
To help celebrate Salute to Animal Mother's Week, Beck flew into the Hollow for the first time. She visited public Pixie Parties with names relating to animals.
