Mysterious Green Scarf

I hope you all have been able to visit Iridessa and lend a hand with the Sunflower Situation, now that we've fixed that pesky bug. I myself stopped by her Glade in the Gully this week to help her out and while I was looking for seeds in Palm Tree Cove I stumbled across a strange sea green scarf hanging from a Neverfruit branch.
Has anyone lost a scarf recently? Do any Fairies out there have an idea where this came from? I thought perhaps someone was playing Fairy tag and got snagged, but then I realized it looked more like a marker. I guess I'll ask the next harvest-talent I bump in to at Schelly's-I've noticed quite a few of them busily working away in those branches lately...
