Live Chat Guidelines & Ettiquette

The ettiquette and courtesy that applies to the forums apply to Live Chat. Live Chat is a G-rated service that we provide to our members so always maintain a clean conversation as there are always children present. Spamming, fighting and bickering are not allowed on the channels and these actions will result in you being kicked and banned from the channel if you persist after being warned to stop.

The channel is usually fairly quiet because people are also doing other things like playing ToonTown or VMK or doing other jobs on their computers. You may not see any chatting straight away, and if you say something it may take a few minutes before someone notices and answers (i.e. finishes their building or whatever). Once you have someone's attention then you should be ok and they will respond to you. Because we have a lot of users in different time zones, the activity levels of the channel will also rise and fall depending on the time of the day you log into Live Chat.
