Back to the Pixie Hollow Quests for all Players page Leaf It to Tink! is a quest you can get from Tinker Bell that was released for the Changing of the Leaves. Upon completion, you will receive a 2009 Changing of the Leaves badge. Prerequisites: None. Released: 15 September 2009 Retired: 24 September 2009

This Quest has 6 steps.

What you will need: 20 Dandelion Fluff and 20 Twigs.

Quick Steps

• Go to Tinker's Nook and ask Tink if she has any quests. Pick Leaf It to Tink!.
• Earn a score of 5,000 points in Tinker Toss and return to Tink.
• Gather up 20 Dandelion Fluff and bring them to Tinker Bell.
• Go to Rosetta's Garden and talk to Rosetta.
• Go back to Tinker's Nook and talk to Tinker Bell.
• Earn a score of 10,000 in Water Web and return to Tink.
• Gather up 20 Twigs and bring them to Tinker Bell.
• Pick your reward and the quest is over.

In Depth Quest Guide

This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Head over to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field and ask her if she has any quests. The quest should appear in the list of quests you may do. Upon starting the quest, Tink will begin to explain it:

Tinker Bell: "Fairyname Here! I'm glad you flapped by. You know the Changing of the Leaves event is almost here, right?"
"That’s when Fairies celebrate the incredible job the leaf-painting-talents have done getting all the autumn leaves ready for the Mainland."
"Only ... there’s a problem. The leaf-painting-talents are behind. So they’ve asked me to help by building some Leaf Painting Stations so they can work faster!"
"Want to help me make them?"

Step 1

Accept this Quest?

Once you agree, Tink is thrilled and gives you the next step.

Tinker Bell: "Flitterific! Now, the leaf-painting-talents have the gold, orange and yellow leaves finished. They just need red leaves."
"So the first station will squish up Raspberries to make lots of red paint!"
"I have most of the materials I need to make it, except for a handle to crank the juicer. Can you help me find something usable in the Sorting Station?"

Fly to Cottonpuff Field. Earn 5,000 points playing Tinker Toss in the Sorting Station. Return to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field when you are done!

Story So Far

You’re helping Tinker Bell build Leaf Painting Stations. Start by finding something to use as a handle in the Sorting Station!

Head across Cottonpuff Field and play Tinker Toss. Once you get the score of 5,000 points needed (whether in one shot or cumulative), return to Tink.

Step 2

I found a pin for a handle!

Tinker Bell: "That will make a perfect handle! Good job, Fairyname here!"
"For the next station we need four paint brushes. See, I’ll put them on a wheel that will spin, and they’ll paint the leaves as they go by on a roller!"
"Let’s use Dandelion Fluff for the paint brushes. Will you go find some while I make the wheel?"

Gather 20 Dandelion Fluff and bring them back to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field.

You’re helping Tinker Bell build Leaf Painting Stations. Gather Dandelion Fluff for paint brushes!

So, once you're finished talking to Tink, it's time to gather up some Dandelion Fluff, if you don't have 20 already. Once you get the 20 Dandelion Fluff needed, head on back to Tink and talk to her again.

Step 3

I have Dandelion Fluff for Tink!

Tinker Bell: "Great, you got a lot of them! I’ll pick the best to make the paint brushes."
"Now I need pine cones. I’ll use them as the rollers that move the leaves past the paint brushes!"
"Rosetta said she would gather some for me. They fall off tress and bounce into her garden all the time. Will you go visit her and get them?"

Fly to Rosetta's Garden! You can get there from Cherryblossom Heights.

Story So Far

You’re helping Tinker Bell build Leaf Painting Stations. Visit Rosetta to pick up pine cones!

Fly up to Cherryblossom Heights and visit with Rosetta in her Garden.

Step 4

I’m here to see Rosetta!

Rosetta: "Hi there, peaches! Are you here to pick up the pine cones for Tinker Bell? I have ‘em all ready!"
"I was careful to chose itty-bitty pine cones, but they’re still bulky. So I wrapped ‘em in a Meadow Grass net and sprinkled pixie dust on ‘em!"
"That way, they’re easy to carry. Here you go. Fly with you later, sugar!"

Fly to Tinker's Nook. You can get there from Cottonpuff Field!

Story So Far

You’re helping Tinker Bell build Leaf Painting Stations. You just got pine cones from Rosetta. Now take them to Tinker Bell!

Return to Tinker's Nook and speak with Tink.

Step 5

I have pine cones for Tinker Bell!

Tinker Bell: "Great! Let’s move on to the next part. After the leaves are painted, they need to hang up to dry. I want to make a drying line out of Spider Silk rope."
"The spider silk from the webs in Spider Silk Grotto are best for making rope. Can you go there and get some? In fact, I think Silvermist is there now!"

Fly to Neverberry Thicket. Earn 10,000 points playing Water Web in Spider Silk Grotto. Return to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field when you are done!

Story So Far

You’re helping Tinker Bell build Leaf Painting Stations. Get Spider Silk for her by helping Silvermist collect dew drops in Spider Silk Grotto!

Head over to Neverberry Thicket and play Water Web. Once you get the score of 10,000 needed (whether in one shot or cumulative), fly back to Tinker Bell.

Step 6

I have Spider Silk for Tinker Bell!

Tinker Bell: "Flitterific! The last thing I need are Twigs! It will take a lot of them to make all the support legs for all the station parts."
"Will you go find me some Twigs?"

Gather 20 Twigs and bring them back to Tinker's Nook in Cottonpuff Field.

Story So Far

You’re helping Tinker Bell build Leaf Painting Stations. Gather Twigs to make all the support legs!

It's time to do some more collecting! This time it’s Twigs. Gather up some Twigs, if you don't have 20 already. Once you get the 20 Twigs needed, return to Tinker Bell to finish the quest.

Tinker Bell: "Thank you, Fairyname Here! I have everything I need to make the Leaf Painting Stations! Yay, now the autumn leaves will be ready for the Mainland!"
