Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage Game

How to Play

Are you ready to find Nemo and his friends? Simply click the'PLAY' button below and the game will launch. To move your sub around, use your keyboard's arrow keys. When you see a fish, move your sub's viewfinder over that fish and press the spacebar to take that character's picture.

Get all eight characters to win points you can use in Disney's Virtual Magic Kingdom. You will start out on the easy level. If you pass, you move up to the medium and harder levels to get more points! Watch out for the whirlpools!

Object of the Game

  • There are three different levels of difficulty (Easy, Medium, Hard), and each level is associated with a different VMK prize.
  • In each level your goal is to take pictures of the eight different Finding Nemo characters.
  • The characters only appear in each level once, so you only have one chance per game to take their picture.
  • As the levels increase in difficulty, obstacles are added to make is harder to photograph the characters.

The Submarine

Controlling

The submarine is controlled by using the arrow keys on the keyboard. In order to make the submarine "go", you must press and hold the arrow key in the desired direction. Releasing the arrow key will bring the submarine to a gradual stop. The submarine is able to turn either 90 or 180 degrees (up/down or left/right without and intermediate position) to perform a change in direction. When the submarine is steered off the screen, it will reappear on the opposite edge.

Photographing
The object of the game is to take photos of Nemo and his friends with your submarine. The viewfinder is located at the front of the submarine, and when nothing can be photographed, it will appear red. When a character is within the range of the viewfinder, it will appear green. The viewfinder has a broader range than the rectangle depicted, so it is a good idea to familiarize yourself with how close the submarine needs to be to the characters before the viewfinder registers them. When the viewfinder turns green, hit the space bar to photograph the character.
