Penguins love to party! Since the opening of Club Penguin (which opened with a party!), the Penguin Party Planners have been organizing parties and events nearly every month! Club Penguin Party and Event Items are often only available at these parties and events. Most times they are free but a occasionally they may cost coins or tickets. They are, however, available to all penguins.
