Treasure Book update coming soon!
Hello Penguins,I wanted to give you a quick update on the Treasure Book. When we first put this book together we wanted to give you the opportunity to collect some of your favorite items from Club Penguin that aren't always available.
Because Christmas is coming soon, we thought it would be fun to update the book with a few seasonal items. Starting on Monday, Dec. 1 you will be able to use the codes you have from toys to unlock different items in the Treasure Book! The items that are currently there will still be available, plus a few different items.
As always, let us know what you think and even what items you'd like to see in the Treasure Book in the future!
Until then...Waddle on!

Winter Snow and Sports Catalog!
Hello Penguins! The new Snow & Sports catalog is out--have you had a chance to check it out? There's winter items for your penguin, including ice skates--just in time for December events!
Some of you have suggested the Ice Rink should return, and we thought it was a great idea, so in preparation we added skates to the catalog. In mid-December the Ice Rink will return, so you can put on your skates, get your buddies together and head over to the rink!
In the meantime, we hope you enjoy the winter sports catalog and be sure to let us know what you think!
Until then...Waddle on!

Coins For Change Update!
Hello Penguins! So many of you are so excited about Coins For Change coming back December 12 - 22, and the team is really thrilled about all of your feedback. We've heard from a lot of you about how important it is that we all work together to bring change in the world. I wanted to tell you about the causes that we're going to be donating to this year:
- Kids who are sick
- Kids who are poor and cannot go to school
- Kids without parents or who have been hurt by war
Remember, a total of one million dollars will be donated to those causes, and with your coin donations, you'll help to decide how to split the money. Every coin matters so even if you can only donate a little, you're helping to bring big changes in the world.
Let us know what you think.
Until then...Waddle on!

Card-Jitsu and Server issues
Hello Penguins,I wanted to thank you all of you for your patience this week with the launch of Card-Jitsu and the slow load times and server issues we've experienced. I wanted to apologize if you've had trouble or haven't been able to play the game because it's full. The servers are really busy and have slowed down as a result. I know many of you are very excited about the new game and have been looking forward to playing it with your friends.
The team is working hard to fix the servers so they can keep up and you can continue your ninja training! If you go to the Dojo and can't access Card-Jitsu try checking out the new play at The Stage or looking for the new hidden pin while you wait and check back at the Dojo a bit later.
Thank you again for your encouragement and patience.
Until then...waddle on!

Card-Jitsu - New Game in The Dojo!
Hello Penguins! For so long, so many of you have asked for ninjas to be part of Club Penguin, and today the wait is finally over! Today you can begin your ninja training at The Dojo.
Playing the Card-Jitsu game will start you on the path of your ninja training. The more you play, the closer you'll get to mastering the game and discovering what being a ninja in Club Penguin is all about. When you go to The Dojo, talk to the Sensei and he'll give you a deck of cards to use. There are three modes of play:
Friend Mode: You can have friendly competition with other penguins by clicking on the blue mats inside The Dojo. You'll gain some experience points through this mode.
Competition Mode: The Sensei will match you with another player of similar skill level. You'll gain the most experience points in this mode of play.
Sensei Mode: You can challenge the Sensei at any belt level, but when you beat him at the black belt level (level 9), you'll be rewarded.
Don't forget that if you have the new Club Penguin Trading Cards, you can click on the Unlock Items Online icon to enter your unique code. It will enhance your online game play. And if you need help with the game, you can go to talk to the Sensei inside The Dojo.
The team is so excited to hear what you think so let us know!!

Return of Coins For Change!
Hello Penguins!Because of the incredible response from so many penguins last year, because we heard from so many of you that you want to do it again, and because you guys worked hard to help change the world last Christmas, the Coins for Change campaign will return this year!
Coins for Change started with suggestions from many of you over the past couple years that you wanted to do something in Club Penguin to make a difference in the world. And this year it's going to happen again!
Starting December 12th, you'll have a chance to donate the coins you earn playing games in Club Penguin to three causes that will help make a difference in the world!
Like last year, a one million dollar donation will be shared between three organizations and the coolest part is you will be able to use your Club Penguin coins to decide how much of the one million dollars goes to each organization.
I'll have more details in the next couple weeks including information on the specific organizations you're coin donations will be able to support.
For now, it's a great time to start earning coins to change the world with!! If you want to see how your donations from last year are making a huge difference, go to Kids Helping Kids and watch the update video.
As always, we'd love to hear what you think about Coins for Change including any suggestions you have to make it even better than last year!

The Dojo Needs Your Help!
Hello Penguins! The Dojo needs your help! Construction is currently underway after the big storm blew through during the Halloween Party. There's talk that it'll be fixed within the next few weeks. Be sure to climb the ladder, too--we're excited to hear what you think about what you find.
If you don't already have one, grab a construction hat so you can help out!! The only way to get to The Dojo is by clicking on your map and finding it on the mountain range.

Toys: Mix & Match Figures!
Hello Penguins! Some of you have written to say that you think the 2" Mix & Match Figures are so much fun! We think they're awesome, too. I have the Space Alien and the Astronaut here, and it's cool to mix them up! We'd love to hear what your favorite Mix & Match Figures and combinations are...
The Mix & Match figures are available North American Toys"R"Us stores, Club Penguin Online Store, and Disney Stores and Theme Park locations across North America. Also, the Club Penguin Toys page has an update about the new Trading Cards. Visit www.clubpenguin.com/tradingcards/index.htm to take a look! Let us know what you think.
In Other News: I've been hearing from some of you that you've had a chance to meet Gary the Gadget Guy waddling around the island for the Halloween festivities. He's invented so many cool things in Club Penguin (like the Jet Pack and the Pizzatron 3000), but he's a bit shy of crowds sometimes. If you're wearing your Rad Scientist costume, it'll probably make him feel right at home! If you see him, say hello from me. Don't forget -- the Halloween Party comes down on Monday, so be sure and do the scavenger hunt if you haven't already!!
