Although Barber Bjorn was able to chase him out, the Bloodsucker took his scissors, and a barber is nothing without his scissors! Take to the streets and defeat Bloodsuckers until you find Barber Bjorn's scissors, and return them to him as soon as possible. Toon HQ will reward you with a 1 point Laff Boost for your efforts.
