Back to the Pixie Hollow Quests for all Players page A Bright Idea is a quest you can get from Kit that was released for the Nature Days. Upon completion, you will receive a point toward the Kit Mainland Quests Badges. Special Note: Kit’s quests are designed to be performed on the Mainland only, not while playing in-game. Prerequisites: None. Unlike the other Kit Quests, players do not need to complete the Mainland Quests Quest from Kit which introduces them to the concept of questing on the Mainland. Quick Steps

• Go to Kit's Hideout in Havendish Square and ask if she has any quests. Pick A Bright Idea.
• Save electricity by turning off lights and other electronics when not in use.
• After 24-hours, return to Kit to inform her you completed the task and the quest is over.

In Depth Quest Guide

This is a full walk through for the quest, so if you're confused by any of the quick steps, hopefully these can help you out.

Fly to Havendish Square and enter Kit's Hideout. Ask Kit if she has any quests. The quest should pop up immediately and you'll be able to begin. Upon starting the quest, Kit will greet you:

Kit: "I was just thinking about light. During the day we have sunlight, but at night, what do we have? Well, Fairies use fireflies. People on the mainland use electricity!"
"Isn’t it amazing that you can just flick a switch and electric lights come on in your home? It’s like magic!"
"But I’ve learned that there is only so much electricity available, and making more than we need isn’t good for the environment. People shouldn’t waste it."
"Hey, quest idea alert! Why don’t you save electricity as much as you can by turning off the lights when you leave a room? How about it?"

Step 1

Accept this Quest?

Kit: "Flaptastic! You can save even more electricity by turning off the TV and computer if you’re not using them."

Save electricity by turning the lights off when you leave a room, and by turning off the TV and computer when nobody is using them.

Story So Far

Kit has asked you to save electricity by turning off the light when you leave a room. Turn off the TV and computer when no one is using them, too!

Once you log out of Pixie Hollow, practice saving electricity by turning off lights and other electronic equipment when they are not needed.

After 24-hours, log back in and visit Kit again. She will ask you if you have completed the task:

Kit: "Yay, you’re back! Have you been saving electricity on the mainland?"

Select: Yes.

Kit: "Critterific! That makes me just GLOW with pride, hee hee!"
"Lightning is natural electricity, and thunder is the sound it makes. Good thing you don’t hear thunder every time you turn on your bedroom light, huh?"
